Hooters today unveiled the opening of a new international location in Atizapán, Mexico, led by franchisee Hooters de Mexico, a Hooters 2015 Developer of the Year.
The new 6,915 square-foot location is conveniently located inside Galerías Atizapán on Avenida Ruiz Cortines No. 255, Colonia las Margaritas, Atizapán de Zaragoza. The second-floor restaurant is accessible from inside the shopping mall and features a modern glass storefront, as well as 42 big screen televisions.
“We’re continuing our commitment of bringing the Hooters brand to life in Mexico City, with this awesome, contemporary location,” said Alejandro Solis, Hooters de Mexico CEO. “Our local Hooters Girls will be serving up great food and world-famous Hooters Girl hospitality. We truly believe that ‘Hooters Makes You Happy’ and it’s our promise to deliver that to the local residents and guests of Atizapán.”
The new location will incorporate the latest design features that deliver the familiar, fun-loving persona of the Hooters brand along with contemporary elements that combine to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
Hooters of Atizapán is part of a ten-store development agreement that will see Hooters de Mexico open five additional Hooters restaurants in Mexico over the next two years. The new Atizapán location brings the total number of Hooters locations in Mexico to 11.
