HOA Brands Wins Inaugural Schoox Impact Award for Excellence in Learning & Development

HOA Brands, the franchisor and operator of Hooters and hoots wings by Hooters, has won the inaugural Schoox Learning & Development Impact Award for outstanding achievements in learning and development. HOA Brands was one of 12 winners selected from over 3,000 customers by Schoox, a leading provider of learning and talent development software solutions, based on third-party-validated metrics highlighting accomplishments in learning and development, operational efficiency, cost reduction and Team Member engagement.

HOA Brands was recognized for designing and executing effective learning programs and strategies that delivered measurable positive outcomes for its organization. The company notably increased manager and Team Member retention through enhanced training initiatives and increased manager productivity by 5% due to streamlined learning activities.

HOA Brands will be among Schoox Learning & Development Impact Award winners honored at Schoox’s “Light Up the Night” event on Tuesday, November 5, at The Neon Museum in Las Vegas, ahead of DevLearn 2024.
